2008 is going to be a very productive year. We are redesigning our website which will now contain new forms to supplement your estate plan; articles; resources and many other enhancements. We will keep you posted by email. Also, please give us your comments, suggestions, and ideas.

This year we will also be offering to each client the opportunity to have a secured folder on our website which contains copies of all the essential documents; has a calendar/tickler system; has separate folders for assets; insurance and critical correspondence. In addition, we are going to convert the “work pending” file into another folder which contains the Family Data Sheet, Asset List, Safe File Inventory, Action List, Legal Architectural Blueprint, and copies of any documents in process with the corresponding status notes as to the resolution of any open issues. In the work pending folder both the attorneys, clients, and any of the professionals will have the opportunity to make changes and update these documents. When updates are made the identified persons related to the files will be notified.

For all legal entities we will input all the data relevant to that legal entity on the new fill in data form we have created which contains all the vital information related to that legal entity. We will input all the corresponding ticklers for annual reports or other critical maintenance items. The data sheets will be in a format so we will be able to sort by alphabet and by any other system that enhances the organization of the legal entities.

We will then analyze your files to quote you a fee of what it will cost to import all the documents to the web site and for the maintenance fee, which will be prorated by month depending on when your personalized file is complete. A portion of the fee to set up the file will be paid as a retainer with the balance due when everything is in place and we have provided the instructions as to how the program works and the passwords.

We are so excited to be able to offer this program to you. We want to streamline the communication and maintenance to reduce legal fees; to allow your files to be more current and to provide a more systematic tickler, calendaring, and communication.
